Terms and conditions
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
These terms explain the general arrangements for using agadirexcursion.co.uk and booking excursions through Agadir Excursion. Please read them together with the selected tour description, rate conditions and booking confirmation. If those documents appear inconsistent, ask us to clarify the arrangement before you pay.
OperatorBookingPrices and paymentCancellationTaking partHelp and complaints1. Who you are dealing with
Agadir Excursion is the UK-facing website of agadir tours llc, based in Agadir, Morocco. We present and arrange local excursions and journeys with the operators involved in each programme. Check the supplier and contracting-party details shown in the booking flow and confirmation for your selected service. Bokun provides the online booking technology; its presence does not by itself make it the excursion operator.
Contact us at contact@agadiractivities.co.uk or +212 630 463 227. Our listed contact location is Kenzi Europa Hotel, Agadir, Morocco. Please arrange contact with the team before visiting.
2. Booking and confirmation
Select the tour, date, option and participants carefully. The person making the reservation must be able to enter the booking agreement and have authority to provide the other participants’ details. Ensure the email address and phone number can receive the confirmation and any pickup message.
An enquiry, displayed starting price or availability search is not a confirmed reservation. Follow the acceptance and payment steps presented for the selected booking and retain its confirmation. Check the name, date, participant numbers, meeting point and inclusions as soon as it arrives; contact us promptly if anything is wrong.
For email, WhatsApp or in-person arrangements, ask for written confirmation of the agreed service, total, payment requirements and cancellation conditions. Do not rely on an unanswered message as confirmation that a change has been accepted.
3. Prices, payments and what is included
Starting prices on this UK website are shown in pounds sterling. The booking calendar calculates the current amount for the selected date, rate and party. Read the total, currency, payment schedule and accepted methods before confirming. Any currency conversion or charge applied by your bank or payment provider is outside the displayed excursion starting price.
The included and not-included lists describe the published option. Extra activities, optional rides, personal purchases, tips or meals are not included unless the selected booking says otherwise. Ask about collection outside the stated pickup area and any supplement before reserving. Do not assume a deposit, cash payment or payment-on-arrival option exists for every departure.
Enter card details only through the payment interface supplied for the booking. Never send full card information through the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Keep payment receipts and the booking reference.
4. Cancellation, amendments and refunds
The general cancellation policy supplied for standard day tours allows cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. For multi-day trips, the supplied deadline is at least seven days before departure; cancellation after that deadline is described as non-refundable. A clearly disclosed rate-specific policy may differ, so check the exact conditions for your booking before purchase.
Send a cancellation request using the method in your confirmation, or contact our team with the booking reference, lead name and requested cancellation. Ask for written acknowledgement. Use the stated deadline and local departure time, rather than assuming a message sent in another time zone is within the cancellation window.
Eligible refunds are normally initiated within one day after cancellation has been confirmed under the applicable policy. The time for money to reach your account depends on the payment provider. A request to change the date, party size or option is subject to availability and any disclosed price difference or charge; the original booking remains in place until an amendment is confirmed.
Missing a departure or failing to attend does not automatically create a right to a refund. Equally, nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to your booking. Specific-date leisure services can have different cancellation rules from ordinary online goods purchases; do not assume every booking has a separate 14-day cooling-off period.
5. Changes by the operator and conditions on the day
Weather, sea conditions, traffic, access restrictions and operational issues can affect a route or activity. Safety instructions must be followed. If a significant change or cancellation becomes necessary, contact the team to understand the available alternative, rescheduling or refund arrangements for that booking and your applicable rights.
Itinerary times help describe the programme. A “return” entry may refer to the start of the journey back rather than arrival at your hotel. Leave a reasonable margin before a separate booking or flight and ask about expected hotel arrival if it affects your plans.
6. Pickup, requirements and taking part
Provide the exact accommodation name and location. Confirm the meeting point and collection time, arrive ready and keep the agreed contact method available. If your hotel changes, tell us before the excursion. Shared collections may involve several stops.
Age, height, driving, swimming, mobility and other participation requirements depend on the activity. Check them for your chosen option; there is no single age rule that can safely describe every tour on this website. Tell us about practical assistance or dietary requirements before booking so the operator can check whether they can be met.
Follow the guide’s briefing and equipment instructions. Do not take part under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair safe participation. Behave respectfully towards other guests, local communities, animals and property. Natural pools, wildlife sightings and weather-dependent activities cannot be guaranteed merely because they appear in photographs.
7. Insurance, responsibility and belongings
Consider appropriate travel insurance for your itinerary and check that it covers the specific activities you intend to undertake. Do not assume a vehicle’s or operator’s insurance is a substitute for your own medical, cancellation or personal-belongings cover. Ask the operator for details if insurance is an important part of your decision.
Take reasonable care of your belongings and report a problem promptly. Responsibility for any loss, injury or failure to deliver a service depends on the facts, the booking agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Problems and complaints
If something goes wrong during an excursion, tell the guide or local team as soon as reasonably possible so there is an opportunity to help. Afterwards, send the booking reference, date, a clear description and relevant supporting material to our contact email. Tell us the outcome you are seeking. Keep copies of the correspondence and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
We will review the issue with the provider involved. Any applicable dispute process and legal rights remain available; this website does not require you to waive mandatory protections simply because the business is based in Morocco.
9. Website information, privacy and content
Descriptions and images are intended to help you understand the outings. Check the final selected option and current availability rather than treating a photograph as a promise of a specific condition or sighting. Please tell us about a material error so it can be corrected.
Do not copy or reuse our content, logo or supplied photographs without permission from the rights holder. External sites have their own terms. Our privacy and cookie policy explains enquiries, booking services and optional analytics. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not automatically rewrite the conditions of an already confirmed booking.
