This policy explains how information is handled when you browse agadirexcursion.co.uk, contact us or use the booking services linked from it. It also explains the choices available before optional services load.

1. Who is responsible for this website?

Agadir Excursion is operated by agadir tours llc, based in Agadir, Morocco. For questions about our use of your information, email contact@agadiractivities.co.uk or call +212 630 463 227. Our listed contact location is Kenzi Europa Hotel, Agadir, Morocco; please contact us before sending physical correspondence or arranging a visit.

2. Information we use and why

When you enquire, you may give us your name, email address, telephone number, accommodation, travel dates, party size and the contents of your message. We use the information needed to answer your questions, check arrangements and help with a booking. You do not have to submit an enquiry to read the website.

Booking information can include the chosen tour, date, participant details, contact information and payment or transaction references. Enter payment details only in the checkout provided for your booking. Do not include card numbers, passport scans or unnecessary personal information in the website enquiry form.

The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. It opens WhatsApp for you to review and send; the static form itself does not submit those fields to a website database. If you use email or WhatsApp, those services handle the communication under their own arrangements.

Technical information may include your IP address, browser or device details and requested page. Hosting providers may use request logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures the pages viewed, scroll milestones and interactions with contact and booking controls. Our custom events do not include the name, email, phone number or message entered in the form.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Where UK or European data-protection rules apply, we use enquiry and booking information to take steps at your request before a booking and to carry out the agreed service. We may retain transaction information to meet legal record-keeping requirements. Responding to service issues, protecting systems and handling disputes may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional analytics and embedded services are controlled by your consent choices on this website.

We do not need detailed health information to answer a general enquiry. If you need an adjustment, first describe the practical assistance required and ask what information is necessary. Any sensitive information needed for an arrangement should be handled separately with an appropriate legal basis. Information about children should be provided by the responsible adult only where needed for the selected activity.

4. Booking, communications and other providers

We use Bokun to display availability and process booking steps. Information you enter in its calendar or checkout is handled by that service and the provider identified during booking. Details needed to deliver an excursion may also be shared with the operator, guide, driver or accommodation provider involved in your chosen programme. We aim to use the information needed for that arrangement.

Google provides optional analytics and maps. Email and WhatsApp handle communications when you choose those channels. Social and review links take you to external websites with their own notices. This website does not embed social feeds or send your form content to an advertising audience.

Providers and local operators may process information outside the UK, including in Morocco and countries where their systems operate. Applicable safeguards and provider arrangements depend on the service involved. Contact us if you need details of the arrangements for your booking or a copy of relevant transfer information; do not assume all information stays in the UK.

5. Cookies, local storage and your choices

On your first visit, the banner lets you accept all optional services, reject them or choose settings. Analytics, the booking calendar and maps are separate choices. They are off until allowed. Permitting a calendar or map does not enable analytics automatically. You can browse the tours and use ordinary contact links without accepting optional services.

Use the Cookie settings button in the footer to change or withdraw choices. We remove accessible first-party analytics cookies when analytics is rejected. We cannot erase cookies belonging to a different domain or retract information already received by a provider. Your browser’s site-data controls can remove additional cookies.

If your browser blocks preference storage, your choice applies to the current page and may be requested again on the next page. Analytics is not loaded before consent, including when you reject optional services. No separate advertising pixel is installed in this website build.

6. Keeping and protecting information

Our supplied retention policy is generally two years for customer information, unless a longer period is needed for a booking, legal accounting duties or a dispute. The period depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; an enquiry does not need to be kept indefinitely simply because it was received. The consent preference on your device expires after 180 days. Provider-side analytics retention is governed by the settings of the Analytics property.

Access to customer information should be limited to people who need it for the service. Use the secure checkout for payment, keep booking references private and tell us if you believe information has been sent to the wrong person. No website or communication channel can promise absolute security.

7. Requests, complaints and choices

Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or to object to certain uses. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing without undoing the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some records may still need to be kept for a legal obligation or an unresolved booking matter.

Email us with the request and enough detail to locate the relevant enquiry or booking. We may need proportionate information to check identity before disclosing personal data. You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority applicable to you, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where relevant.

8. Updates and further information

We update this notice when the site or its services change. The date above identifies this version. Read the notices in the booking flow and the Google privacy policy for information about those services. Contact us if something in this policy does not answer your question.
