Hotel pickup sounds straightforward until you discover that a hotel has several entrances, your accommodation is outside the usual route, or the name on your booking differs from the sign outside. A few precise details make arranging your day out easier.

Send the full accommodation name

Give the hotel or apartment name and its location. If you are staying in Taghazout or elsewhere outside Agadir, say so when enquiring. A tour advertised from Agadir does not automatically include every nearby resort in the same price.

Agree where you will wait

Ask whether collection is from reception, a particular entrance or a meeting point nearby. Share a map pin if the address is difficult to identify. Do not assume that a driver can enter a private accommodation complex.

Keep the party details together

Send the number of adults and children, your preferred date and any practical access requirements in one message. If several families are booking separately but staying together, ask how the collection arrangements should be coordinated.

Confirm the final time

The sample itinerary helps you understand the day, but your actual pickup can depend on the route and other collections. Keep the confirmation somewhere you can find it without searching through several messages. If your hotel changes, tell the team before the excursion.

Use our contact page for pickup questions. Include your booking reference if you already have one; there is no need to send payment-card details.

Agadir and Taghazout are not interchangeable pickup labels

A hotel name is more useful than a broad destination. Two travellers may both describe their stay as “Agadir” while their accommodation sits on different collection routes. Tell the team the full name and area, especially if you are based in Taghazout or another coastal location outside the city.

The Taghazout, Aghroud and Timlaline coastal outing includes places north of Agadir in its itinerary, but that alone does not tell you whether your particular accommodation is an included collection point. Equally, a tour passing nearby does not automatically make a private transfer part of the price. Ask the question explicitly and keep the answer with your booking.

A message you can use before booking

“We would like to book [tour] on [date] for [number of adults and children]. We are staying at [full accommodation name and area]. Is collection included from there, where should we wait, and what is the expected return window?”

Add any practical requirement that affects the vehicle or meeting point. You can use the contact form to prepare a WhatsApp enquiry and review it before sending. There is no need to include passport or card details to ask about a collection route.

When reception is not the meeting point

An apartment, private house or pedestrian-only entrance may need a nearby meeting place. Ask for a clear description or pin and check that everyone in your party can reach it. If you are unfamiliar with the area, resolve this before departure morning rather than relying on a last-minute phone connection.

For a Paradise Valley outing, make sure you know which confirmation contains the final collection time. For a shorter camel ride, do the same: a short activity still needs an accurate starting arrangement.

On the evening before your excursion

  • Find the booking reference and confirmed collection details.
  • Check that the team has the accommodation you are actually using.
  • Share the meeting point with all members of your party.
  • Prepare what the selected activity asks you to bring.
  • Send any unresolved pickup question while there is time to answer it.

If a confirmation has not arrived, contact the team rather than choosing a collection time from another traveller’s review. Reviews describe somebody else’s experience and are not your departure instructions.

If your plans change

A change of hotel can affect the route, timing or transfer price. Let us know as soon as you have the new details and ask for acknowledgement. Similarly, if you expect to arrive late or cannot find the agreed meeting point, use the contact information on your confirmation. Do not assume a message sent after departure changes the cancellation conditions of the booking.

Fit the transfer into the rest of your day

Once your meeting point is agreed, read our guide to shorter outings and full-day trips before putting another reservation after it. The useful number is the expected time back at your accommodation, not simply the end of the main activity. Confirm that window with the team if it affects another commitment.
